  • Condition: This lamp came to me from a friend and history not available but it has had some use judging by the residue left behind in the carbide reservoir which I cleaned out most of it. There are several little dings, wear points and some rust on the reflector. Flint cap is missing along with its spring. If you want to clean it I recommend 0000 steel wool.

    Description

    Not sure if it will work and suggest it be tested by a professional.  The dial on top is for adjusting the amount of water to drop into the carbide to produce the acetylene gas that produces the bright light needed for underground work.  The reflector is 4" diameter, 1" larger than the standard  3".        Will ship by Priority Mail and well packaged, which is included in price.
    Have three more to put up for sale, be sure to look them up.            I am open to offers.
