FIRE SUIT DESCRIPTION
This is a VERY RARE Simpson 2008 FedEx Freight Denny Hamlin/Joe Gibbs Racing #11 Fire Suit.  The suit is one of the VERY RARE items that you can find to add to your collection. The suit was probably not used in a race.  Per the markings on the suit it was probably used for pre-season photos for the 2008
season.  So that hero card or poster you own may show Denny wearing this suit.
DIECAST CAR DESCRIPTION
This 2008 die cast car makes a matched set with the fire suit.  The car is in mint condition.  It has never been on display or taken out of the box (see photos).

The 2008 season was a good season for Denny.
In 2008, Hamlin had a near identical season as the 2007 season, but moved up to eighth in points, and won early in the season at
Martinsville Speedway
. He led 381 out of 410 laps in the
2008 Crown Royal Presents the Dan Lowry 400
, the most dominant effort of a driver since 2000, but cut a tire and finished 24th. He won four races in the Nationwide Series, driving both the No. 18 and No. 20 entries for Gibbs, as well as the No. 32
