Condition: Hat is in very good condition for its age [1800s] and use, normal wear and tear for such a piece, does show light dirt and dust from over the years [dust and light dirt highly seen from camera lens than with the naked eye]., small spot of stitching has come loose[not bad]at right front side of headband, 1 1/2" section of seam a part at left side of top, inside fabric worn through at a few small spots as seen-very nice over all for its age!

For sale is this VERY RARE antique [late 1800s] German miner's hat for parade dress and ceremony, crossed hammers, made of black wool and leather. It is in very good condition for its age and use [Please read "condition"]. It measures 4 1/2" tall, 22 1/2" at outside circumference and 21 1/4 [rough] on the inside.
