How to Use:

, find a blank frequency (no sound from the radio station) with rustling on the car radio instead of directly inserting the fm transmitter into the car lighter.
Next
, insert the transmitter into the car lighter and adjust the frequency to the same frequency as the car radio. At this moment, the car radio should be quiet without static sound (changing it if it is static), which is the ideal frequency.
