Nice souvenir from Butte.
Here is a great heavy duty souvenir horseshoe from Butte Montana. A copper shield is attached to the horseshoe with the " Gallows Frame & Hoist Anaconda Mine Butte Montana" shown. I have seen dozens of different applications of these shields on items that were sold as souvenirs. Some are pretty lightweight and cheesy, this one however is solid and has some weight to it. It has great patina and is ready to display in your collection. The piece measures approximately 4" by 3 1/2" at it's tallest and widest points.
