The signature of the President appears to be that of R. B. Ellis.
The signature of the secretary appears to be that of William Muller.

Graphics are very nice, mostly grey tones, with some gold highlights, and a raised, corporate seal showing date of incorporation of Jan 23rd, 1923.
Item is in good condition for its age.
A little browning around its edges, and some cracks along the folds (folded in 3rds, 2 cracks are about 1” long, 1 about 1/4”,
and 1 about 1/16”).
